The planning for Milwaukee County’s Bus Rapid Transit continues to move forward. This modern transit service will stretch 9-miles and connect major employment, education, and recreation destinations between downtown Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center. As Milwaukee County continues to move forward with the design and planning of the BRT project, which includes lane configuration and station location and design, we want to ensure that Westown stakeholders are informed about the benefits and potential impacts of the project. As a part of their stakeholder outreach, Milwaukee County Transit is willing to meet with businesses and property owners.
