Its architects, Ferry & Clas, designed a number of very prominent Milwaukee buildings including the Central Library and the Pabst Mansion. Mr. Clas also lived in the Saint James Court building. Saint James Court has been completely restored in accordance with the US Department of Interior’s standards for historic renovation.
